We are looking for teachers who:

• Are professional and well-spoken; have great demeanor and can communicate well with students, parents, and colleagues
• Are creative and have a passion for teaching; have great energy and enjoys working with children
• Are creative and have a sense of humor; can communicate well in front of the group and on their own
• Are outgoing and self-motivated; can work well independently as well as in a team environment
• Have strong problem-solving skills; can think logically about ways to help students improve

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in implementation of lesson plans according to curriculum.
• Maintaining a clean classroom and following all health and safety regulations.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with parents, students, and colleagues.
• Providing instruction that is both relevant and effective.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with other teachers, parents, families, and community.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with state licensing agency(s).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
